3. Information we process
No account or registration is required to use the Service. We do not ask users to provide a name, email address, or other identifying information in order to play.
Our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically process limited technical data when a user accesses the Service, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, requested URL, referring URL, and the date and time of the request. This information is processed to deliver the Service, maintain its security and availability, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
If you contact us, we process the information contained in your message and your contact details for the purpose of responding to your request.
4. Game data stored on your device
Some games use browser local storage to save game progress, scores, or preferences. This information is stored on your device and is not transmitted to our servers by the game code. It remains available until it is replaced by the game or deleted through your browser settings.
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The current version of the Service does not use third-party analytics tools, advertising scripts, or advertising cookies. The marked advertising spaces displayed on the site are reserved layout areas only and do not currently load advertisements or transmit data to advertising partners.
We do not sell personal data. If analytics or advertising services are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those services are activated.
6. Our games
All games published through the Service are developed for and operated by Floxis. The Service does not embed or distribute games supplied by third-party game publishers.
7. Legal bases
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or similar law applies, we process technical request and security data on the basis of our legitimate interests in providing, securing, and maintaining the Service. We process communications in order to respond to your request and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling correspondence.
8. Service providers and disclosure
We may use hosting, infrastructure, and security providers to operate and protect the Service. These providers may process technical data on our behalf and only as necessary to provide their services. We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, or a binding request from a competent authority, or where necessary to protect our rights, users, or systems.
9. Retention
Technical logs are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, and operation of the Service, unless a longer period is required by law. Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond to the request and maintain appropriate business records. Game data stored in your browser remains there until it is overwritten or deleted by you.
10. International transfers
Where a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism where required by applicable law.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
To exercise a privacy right, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to request information reasonably necessary to verify and respond to your request.
12. Children
The Service is intended for a general audience. No account is required, and the Service is not designed to collect personal data directly from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal data to us, please contact us so that we can review and address the matter.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data processed in connection with the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our practices, or applicable law. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
